We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to drive high-impact product initiatives across our marketplace ecosystem and help shape the future of B2B digital trade in Europe. 

As a Lead Product Manager, you will own a strategic product area, define direction, and deliver meaningful outcomes in close collaboration with engineering, design, data, business stakeholders - and teams at , whose knowledge and technology capabilities you will actively leverage. Your work will directly influence how thousands of businesses discover opportunities, connect with partners, and achieve commercial success.

Tasks
  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major product area within Visable's marketplace ecosystem
  • Build modern, intuitive user experiences that address real customer needs and drive measurable product and business outcomes
  • Use data and customer insights to identify opportunities, prioritize effectively, and ensure continuous improvement
  • Apply AI and modern product practices to enhance workflows and unlock new value for users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe and China, and work closely with teams to leverage shared expertise and technology platforms
  • Contribute to a strong product culture by promoting evidence-based decision making, experimentation, and user-centricity

Profile
  • 5+ years of product management experience in technology, SaaS, marketplaces, or digital product organizations
  • Strong ability to translate customer problems into clear product opportunities and impactful solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of driving meaningful product and business outcomes
  • Curiosity and foundational knowledge about AI's impact on digital products, with the ability to translate AI opportunities into simple, effective product improvements
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills across engineering, design, data, and business teams
  • Comfortable working in international, cross-cultural environments
  • English proficiency; German and/or French is an advantage
