・      顧客ライフステージ(リードジェネレーション、新規獲得維持、既存顧客維持、離反防止、休眠復活、優良顧客との関係性強化)の担当領域におけるリテンション・マーケティング活動を開発、企画、実行、管理する

・      多様なコミュニケーションチャネルとCRM戦略を駆使し、エンゲージメントを高め、売上成長を牽引する

・      データドリブンな顧客理解に基づき最適化されたコミュニケーションと顧客体験をデザインする

・      ビジネス目標に向け、戦略立案から実行までを主体的に推進し、成果にコミットする

・      担当業務の成果を徹底的に検証し、示唆に富むレポートを作成するとともに、新たなマーケティング施策を創出する

・      内外のパートナーと緊密に連携しマーケティング施策のクオリティと効果を継続的に向上させる

Planning , Analysis & Report:

・      販売促進、顧客エンゲージメント強化、新規顧客獲得、休眠顧客の掘り起こし、優良顧客の育成とした重要課題において、より効果的なマーケティング施策を立案・実行する

・      顧客視点、ビジネス視点の両方から最適な企画を立案し、実行する

・      施策実施後は詳細な分析と分かりやすいレポートを通じてPDCAサイクルを確実に回し、継続的な改善を追求する

・      KPIの達成状況を常にモニタリングし、必要に応じて迅速かつ効果的なアクションプランを提案する

Supervisorのサポートのもと、チームがもつ予算や全体施策計画を効果的に管理・活用する

・      他チーム、ベンダーと密に連携しリードする事で、全体のマーケティング施策の質を高めるとともに、効果の改善に努める

資格

・      学士以上、または同等の実務経験

・      3年以上のリテンション・マーケティング施策開発と実務経験、または同等の実務経験がある。

・      クロスファンクショナルチームでリードした経験がある。
