Wat ga je doen?

Ben jij creatief, georganiseerd en gefascineerd door hoe merken tot leven worden gebracht? Een influencer event, corporate dinner, PR send out-boxen of een container op Lowlands? Verzin het maar, probeer het maar

Tijdens deze stage werk je mee aan de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van merkactivaties en evenementen voor toonaangevende merken, creators en communities. Je leert van dichtbij hoe ideeën worden omgezet in onvergetelijke ervaringen. Van concept tot uitvoering werk je mee aan het proces waarin een merk in de online wereld offline impact maakt.

Als Brand Activations Intern ondersteun je het activatieteam bij het bedenken, plannen en uitvoeren van merkactivaties. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige proces en krijgt de kans om echt impact te maken.

Concreet ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Ondersteunen bij het organiseren van evenementen en merkactivaties.
  • Zelfstandig creatieve voorstellen uitwerken voor activaties en merkervaringen.
  • Helpen bij het maken van productieplanningen, kostenoverzichten en draaiboeken.
  • Regelen van locaties, decoratie, branding, printwerk, props en meer, waarbij logistiek gezien alles op tijd op de juiste plek moet zijn.
  • Onderhouden van interne overzichten en bestanden zodat alles soepel en gestructureerd verloopt. Jouw oriëntatie vastleggen in overzichtelijke bestanden.
  • Assisteren tijdens productiedagen waar nodig.
  • Samenwerken met interne teams (zoals productie, design, video, talent en client service) en externe partijen (freelancers, leveranciers, etc.).
  • Onderzoek doen naar concurrentie, trends en inspirerende activaties in Nederland en België.
Profiel kandidaat
  • Je volgt een opleiding in marketing, communicatie, media of eventmanagement.
  • Je hebt een passie voor merken, creativiteit en (live) ervaringen.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband, maar kan ook goed zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent gestructureerd, stressbestendig en houdt overzicht, ook als het druk is.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt in oplossingen, hebt een oog voor detail en kan goed ad hoc schakelen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een stage van minimaal 5 à 6 maanden (startdatum in februari of in overleg).
