We are Attensify, a Copenhagen-based content agency that helps tech brands get seen, trusted and chosen through TikTok and Instagram.

We are expanding in Germany and looking for a Content Specialist to lead local content production from planning and coordination to filming, editing and publishing.

Your role

You will act as our creative lead in Germany.

  • Plan and execute short-form video content for tech brands
  • Coordinate and manage shoots with local creators
  • Edit and prepare final videos for TikTok and Instagram
  • Handle posting, captions, hashtags and scheduling
  • Work with our Copenhagen HQ to align on briefs, performance and feedback

You will manage the process end to end with creative freedom and full support from our team.

What we are looking for

  • Experience filming and editing short-form social content
  • Skilled with CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar editing tools
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and storytelling
  • Based in a major German city such as Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Cologne or Frankfurt
  • Fluent in German and comfortable communicating in English
