What you'll do:
  • Work with the meta of heroes and units used in battle
  • Handle balance and calculations related to this content
  • Create new in-game content (heroes, units, and other entities)
What you need to succeed:
  • Released projects featuring a large number of in-game entities you've worked on as a Game Designer
  • Strong data analytics skills (win rates, pick rates, etc.)
  • 1+ year of experience as a Game Designer on a similar project
  • Solid knowledge of Unity and hands-on experience assembling content in it
  • Confident use of spreadsheets and Google Docs
Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with Git
