 Your Mission

As Founder's Associate, you'll work directly with the CEO (and CTO) to ensure our financial

and operational engine runs smoothly. You'll take ownership of critical finance topics and

special projects, enabling us to scale efficiently and make data-driven decisions.


• Finance Operations:
Manage day-to-day financial processes, including accounting

(supported by external accounting specialist), invoicing, and cash flow tracking.


• Grant & Project Management:
Manage complex EU-funded projects, ensuring

compliance, conduct timely reporting, and budget control.


• Financial Modelling & Analysis:
Build and maintain financial models for forecasting,

scenario planning, and investor reporting.


• Pricing Strategy:
Support Sales team in developing and refining pricing models for our

SaaS offerings, alongside ad-hoc market and competitor analyses.


• Office Management:
Manage renting contracts, office supplies and operations, and

ensuring a fun yet productive work environment.


• Process Optimization:
Identify and deploy improvements in financial and ops workflows.

• Hands-on mentality - eager to get stuff done, accurately and fast


• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; very good Excel proficiency.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment


• 1+ years of experience in finance, consulting, or startup operations.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Bonus: Experience with EU grants or public funding projects.
