Deine Aufgaben:
- Du betreust aktiv unsere Bestandskunden und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung der Kundenbeziehungen
- Du bereitest Präsentationen, Reports und Pitches vor und begleitest Termine gemeinsam mit den Kundenverantwortlichen
- Du bearbeitest eigenständig Anfragen von Kunden und erstellst individuelle Auswertungen
- Du begleitest den Onboarding-Prozess neuer Kunden und stellst einen reibungslosen Start sicher
- Du wirkst bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebs- und Marketingstrategien mit
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen internen Abteilungen (z. B. Portfoliomanagement, Reporting) und den Kunden
- Du sorgst dafür, dass Kunden zufrieden sind und langfristig an uns gebunden bleiben
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, BWL, Finanzwissenschaften, VWL oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Umgang mit institutionellen Kunden, z. B. im Asset Management, Investment-Bereich, Consulting oder bei Versicherungen/Pensionskassen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse über Kapitalmärkte, Alternative Investments und Asset Management
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und die Fähigkeit, professionelle, ansprechende Präsentationen zu erstellen
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, schriftlich und mündlich; fließend Deutsch, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Eigenständige, strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise, auch bei kurzfristigen Deadlines
- Kenntnisse in buchhalterischen oder finanzfachlichen Kennzahlen sind ein Plus
