Introduction

We are looking for a UX Researcher to deepen our understanding of traveler expectations, behaviors, and decision-making across diverse markets. You will uncover insights that shape how we build transparent, intuitive, and trustworthy booking experiences for millions of users worldwide.

In this role, you will work end-to-end across strategic and tactical product questions, partnering with PMs, designers, and analysts to identify unmet needs, evaluate new concepts, and guide product decisions with evidence. You will bring structure, clarity, and rigor to ambiguous problems, helping teams align around user understanding

In this Role, you'll get to

• Lead generative and evaluative research using qualitative and mixed methods across the product lifecycle.
• Conduct structured, high-quality studies (interviews, diary studies, usability tests, concept evaluations, surveys) and synthesize findings into clear direction for teams.
• Map user journeys, expectations, and mental models to guide improvements in user experience
• Identify meaningful cross-market patterns and cultural nuances that influence decision-making, discoverability, and conversion.
• Translate insights into actionable product implications, collaborating closely with PMs, designers, and cross-functional partners
• Drive alignment by presenting research in a clear, evidence-based, and structured way that supports decision-making.
• Contribute to scalable research practices, building repeatable frameworks, toolkits, and methods for multi-market studies.

What you'll Need to Succeed

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in UX Research or related field.
• Strong qualitative research expertise with a solid understanding of quantitative approaches。
• Experience running end-to-end research and structuring insights for product and design partners.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, able to bring clarity to complex or ambiguous problem areas.
• Excellent communication, with a preference for clear, structured storytelling.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred:

• Experience in travel, e-commerce, or platform products.
• Background in multi-country or cross-cultural research.
• Fluency in German is a plus.
