Position: Junior Sales Manager

Your Responsibilities:

  • Actively acquire new customers and expand existing client relationships
  • Assist in preparing and conducting sales meetings and presentations (virtually or in person)
  • Support in preparing offers, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
  • Work closely with internal teams (customer service and technical) to ensure the success and satisfaction of your projects
  • Analyze client needs and help create tailored solutions
  • Document sales activities and track your key performance indicators

What You Bring:

  • Initial sales experience, ideally in technical services
  • Passion for sales
    , a self-motivated and goal-oriented working style
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric and service-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel and a
    valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in German (both written and spoken)
