This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals at the beginning of their sales career who want to learn the foundations of B2B sales in a high-growth, international environment. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll focus on outbound prospecting, building pipeline, and setting up qualified meetings with potential Wolt for Work customers—supported by structured onboarding, hands-on coaching, and clear development paths.
About Wolt for WorkWolt for Work is Wolt's B2B offering, bringing the same great Wolt experience to companies and their employees. Through Wolt's delivery platform, businesses can support employee meals, office events, and hybrid work—helping teams stay connected and productive.
Your key responsibilitiesProspecting & outbound sales
- Be the first point of contact for prospective German-speaking business customers, primarily via outbound cold calls.
- Identify and engage decision-makers such as Office Managers, HR, People & Culture, and senior Leaders.
- Spark meaningful conversations and clearly communicate the Wolt for Work value proposition.
- Book qualified introductory meetings for Sales Managers and contribute to a strong B2B sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads based on company size, needs, and use cases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM tools.
- Take part in structured onboarding covering sales fundamentals, outreach techniques, objection handling, and product knowledge.
- Learn by doing with ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Work closely with an international, Berlin-based sales team.
- Track your activity and performance against clear goals and KPIs.
- Take ownership of your impact and celebrate wins as a team.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Interest in B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing roles; prior sales or cold-calling experience is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and motivated by clear targets.
- Curious, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate; this is an office-first role.
