About the RoleAt Wolt, we're building a global Ads & Promotions business that helps brands and merchants reach customers at the point of intent both inside our app and across a growing network of off-app partners. As this business scales across 30+ markets, we're looking for a pragmatic, highly experienced Global Head of Ad Operations to build and lead our global Ad Operations function.
This is a role for someone who loves turning complexity into clarity. Someone who can take a closed deal and ensure it becomes a flawless campaign, on time, on spec, and at scale. And someone who knows what "enterprise-grade" actually looks like: predictable SLAs, clean billing, auditable data flows, and zero surprises on launch day.

What you'll doAs our Global Head of Ad Operations, you'll build and run the end-to-end campaign operations function for both our in-app and rapidly expanding off-app channels.
Your work will include:
- Build and standardize the global campaign lifecycle - From deal handoff to creative intake, trafficking, QA, launch, optimization and billing — you'll define the playbook, SLAs, and automation that make campaigns run smoothly across all markets.
- Own the creative pipeline - Set clear creative specs and brief templates, guide Celtra/creative CMS usage, align SLAs with Creative Studio and partner agencies, and oversee approvals for partner creatives.
- Create a consistent trafficking & QA framework - Standardize trafficking and QA across internal ad tooling and off-app platforms (Symbiosis, StackAdapt, Magnite, and others). Ensure tagging, event tracking (AppsFlyer), deeplinks and automated validations are robust and reliable.
- Be the operational owner for partner integrations - Oversee onboarding, runbooks, data flows, reconciliation, and ongoing governance for our key platform partners.
- Partner with Product & Engineering to automate - Help build automation for trafficking and QA, telemetry for operational performance, templates and catalog ingestion, and reduce repetitive work at scale.
- Guarantee delivery quality & clean reporting - Reconcile delivery against committed KPIs, ensure accurate invoicing and settlements in partnership with Finance, and uphold campaign hygiene across all channels.
- Build and scale the global Ad Ops team - Centralize local specialists under one org, define roles and growth paths, hire new talent, and run global enablement for Sales, Account Management, and Creative teams.
- Run continuous improvement - Maintain the global playbook, lead training, manage escalations, and run postmortems when needed. You'll make sure we get better every month.
We're looking for a senior operator who brings:
- 8–12+ years of Ad Ops / Campaign Ops / Platform Ops leadership in ad tech, retail media, marketplaces, DSPs/SSPs, or agencies — ideally with global scope.
- Deep expertise in trafficking and campaign management, ad servers, creative formats (display/video/HTML5), deeplink/click mechanics, SDK/event flows (AppsFlyer or similar), and QA.
- Hands-on knowledge of walled gardens and programmatic ecosystems (Meta/TikTok/Google + DSP/SSP flows like StackAdapt, Magnite, Koddi) and managing data flows for off-app activations.
- A strong track record building global SOPs, SLAs, runbooks, and automations that improve reliability and reduce manual effort.
- Cross-functional leadership at scale, especially through change: Sales, Product, Engineering, Creative, Analytics, Finance, Legal.
- Confidence with data — defining ops metrics, building dashboards, running RCA; SQL/BI skills are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to train non-ops stakeholders across markets.
- Willingness to travel internationally (~30%) and collaborate across time zones.
- You'll take ownership of the global engine that powers one of Wolt's fastest-growing businesses, turning Sales wins into real results for brands and merchants across 30+ markets. Your decisions will directly shape our product, tooling and commercial success.
