Como Cell-ebrarás

Como Head of R&D, tendrás un papel clave en la dirección del departamento de New Product Introduction (NPI), liderando la industrialización y el lanzamiento de las nuevas generaciones de celdas de batería de PowerCo. Serás responsable del liderazgo técnico, la toma de decisiones sobre producto y la coordinación entre equipos, desde la fase de diseño hasta la producción a gran escala.

Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Liderar el equipo técnico de respuesta, analizando causas raíz, previniendo fallos y garantizando una calidad de producto constante.

  • Impulsar el proceso de diseño orientado a la fabricación, asegurando una producción eficiente y escalable.

  • Supervisar las fases de muestreo, validación y transición a la producción en serie (de C-Sample a SOP).

  • Actuar como enlace estratégico entre I+D, Producción, Calidad y Gestión de Proveedores, alineando la innovación con la excelencia operativa.

  • Representar temas técnicos y de desarrollo en comités internos de alto nivel, influyendo en las decisiones que definen la estrategia de producto de PowerCo.

  • Liderar y acompañar a un equipo de 16 personas, promoviendo su desarrollo profesional, la colaboración y la alineación del rendimiento entre equipos internacionales.

  

Lo que necesitas para CELL-ebrar

  • Formación universitaria de máster en Ingeniería, Ciencia de los Materiales o una disciplina técnica relacionada.

  • Experiencia demostrada en desarrollo, fabricación o puesta en producción de celdas de batería, preferiblemente en los sectores automovilístico, energético o químico.

  • Sólidos conocimientos en análisis de causa raíz, gestión de desviaciones y procesos de validación de producto.

  • Experiencia en liderar equipos de ingeniería multidisciplinares y en la gestión de proyectos técnicos complejos.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión de personas clave (stakeholders), con dominio del inglés; se valorará el conocimiento de español o alemán.

  • Mentalidad estratégica combinada con un enfoque práctico y resolutivo para impulsar resultados.

  

Qué mas puedes ofrecer

  • Experiencia con APQP, PPAP u otros sistemas de calidad del sector de la automoción.

  • Conocimientos en química de celdas, fabricación de electrodos y optimización de procesos.

  • Familiaridad con herramientas de toma de decisiones basadas en datos y métodos de calidad predictiva.

  • Experiencia internacional y capacidad para desarrollarte en un entorno multicultural y dinámico.
