The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
**How you will CELLebrate**
- Leading and coordinating the Lithium-Ion-Cell-Validation and analytical laboratories
- Oversee daily operations of electrical and analytic laboratories, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Steering and execution of cell development projects with focus on cell testing with external participations, partners, joint ventures or clients.
- Monitor and manage laboratory budgets, resources, and equipment.
- Ensuring, planning, continuous monitoring and escalation of the objectives described in the projects with regard to cost, quality, cell performance and environmental aspects Disciplinary and professional management of the electrical and analytical laboratories teams**What you need for our CELLebration**
- Completed university degree (or doctorate) e.g. in the field of natural sciences, computer science, physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable training
- In-depth professional experience in the automotive or battery industry
- Relevant and verifiable management experience (disciplinary and technical)
- Experience in managing laboratories and/or technical centers
- Strong ability to work in a team and a high degree of initiative
- Skills in communication and collaboration with business partners in English
