Your role and responsibilities
  • Develop, customize and optimize solutions on the Salesforce platform (mainly Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related clouds) 
  • Analyze, evaluate, and implement technical requirements for new and existing business processes 
  • Independently design, implement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (e.g. SAP, SharePoint, Asana) using REST, SOAP, (PI/PO), and middleware solutions (e.g. MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Zapier) 
  • Support data migrations and synchronizations (e.g. via Data Loader, ETL tools such as Airflow, Dagster) and ensure data quality 
  • Develop and maintain Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and automation 
  • Conduct code reviews, actively participate in release and deployment processes (e.g. with Git, CI/CD knowledge), and contribute to agile projects (Scrum/Kanban) 
  • Assist the support and admin team with complex troubleshooting and issue analysis 
  • Closely collaborate with internal teams and external partners 
  • Document solutions and ensure high quality standards 
Your profile and qualifications
  • University Degree (Comp Sci/IT/Engineering) or similar
  • Several years of experience in an agency or consulting environment with a strong focus on integrations 
  • Experience in Salesforce solution development and configuration 
  • Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
  • Proven project experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems (e.g. SAP, SharePoint, Jira, Asana)  
  • Experience working with Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I,II
  • Good english skills
