Your role and responsibilities
  • Contribute to and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Manage brand architecture and drive global brand leadership in collaboration with IP specialists
  • Develop product strategies, including pricing and market positioning
  • Provide market and industry insights and derive strategic actions
  • Optimize the product portfolio, including standardization, quality, and pricing strategies
  • Plan, execute, and launch new products or product variations
  • Lead cross-functional projects from a marketing and product management perspective
  • Evaluate and further develop the value proposition
Your profile and qualifications
  • University degree in Marketing or Sales
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the agricultural sector
  • Experience in selling agricultural products
  • Proven track record in building brand portfolios
  • Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Valid driver's license required
