Als (
Junior) Staff Accountant (m/w/d)
bist du Teil dieses Fundaments. Du unterstützt unser Team in Berlin bei vielfältigen Aufgaben in Buchhaltung, Administration und Controlling – von der Rechnungsprüfung und -stellung über Debitoren- und Kreditorenmanagement bis hin zur Mitwirkung an Monatsabschlüssen. So trägst du dazu bei, dass unsere Missionen nicht nur im All, sondern auch in den Zahlen und Prozessen am Boden erfolgreich sind.

Aufgaben

Als Buchhaltungs-Allrounder übernehmen Sie vielfältige Aufgaben, arbeiten

eigenverantwortlich und unterstützend in den Bereichen Buchhaltung, Administration und Controlling:

  • (Vorbereitende) Buchhaltung & Buchungsläufe: Kreditoren, Debitoren, Banken;

  • Eingangsrechnungen: Vorkontierung, Prüfung;

  • Ausgangsrechnungen & Debitorenmanagement: Rechnungserstellung,

Kundenkommunikation, Mahnwesen, Verbuchung sowie Abklärung offener Posten

und Abstimmung der Debitorenkonten;

  • Reisekosten & Kreditkarten: Kontrolle und Abrechnung;

  • Kontenabstimmung & Stammdatenpflege inklusive User-Betreuung;

Unterstützung bei den Monatsabschlüssen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen

Buchhaltungsdienstleistern;

  • Zahlungsläufe einrichten und ausführen;

  • Mitwirkung im Berichtswesen & bei Auswertungen;

  • Prozess- und Richtlinien-Weiterentwicklung;

  • Unterstützung bei den Einführungen neuer Software/Systeme

Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich; (erste relevante Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil.)

  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, sich zu organisieren, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten.

  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel).

  • Motivation, Flexibilität und ein energiegeladener "Hands-on"-Ansatz – auch unter Zeitdruck.
