Financial Accountant

Wir suchen einen Buchhalter (m/w/d) für LUKSO in Berlin.

In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Buchhaltung und die finanziellen Aufgaben der Agency of the Future GmbH, dem operativen Arm der LUKSO Blockchain.

Du wirst, zusammen mit unserem Finance Manager Arsalaan, die Buchhaltung sowie die Kreditoren und Debitoren bearbeiten und unseren Chief of Staff Martyna unterstützen.

**Was wir von dir erwarten**:

- Du solltest fließend deutsch und englisch sprechen können, sehr gut organisiert sein und eine außergewöhnliche Aufmerksamkeit für Details besitzen.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Reisekosten und Erstattungen.
- Du wirst dich um die Debitoren
- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung in DATEV sowie die Rechnungsprüfung und -erfassung kümmern.
- Außerdem wirst du uns bei der monatlichen Bearbeitung von Rechnungszahlungen, Erstellung von Berichten, Budgets und anderen Finanzbuchhaltungsdokumenten unterstützen.
- Ein enges und vertrauensvolles Zusammenarbeiten ist uns sehr wichtig.

We are looking for a strong Accountant at LUKSO, to take responsibility for our book-keeping and financial tasks for the Agency of the Future GmbH, the operating arm of the LUKSO Blockchain. - Collaborated closely with our Founders and Leaders, to create an autonomous process, underlined with trust.
- Managing our accounting processes, processing journal entries to ensure a proper recording of all business transactions.
- Update of accounts receivable and accounts payable in DATEV, invoice verification, and entry.
- Settlement of travel expenses and reimbursements.
- Assisted in the internal recording of Blockchain transactions.
- Assist in the processing of management reporting.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Support in the development and process optimisation of the internal accounting department.
- Created and implemented enhanced financial reporting procedures to improve operational efficiency and accuracy (this is more for management accountant - finance manager).
- Assisted with monthly invoice payment processing, prepared reports, budgets and other financial accountancy deliverables.
- Acquired institutional knowledge of LUKSOs financial process and the Web3 space.
- Mentored any other additional hires within Accounting, to get them up to speed with our processes and procedures.
- Built relationships with internal and external partners/stakeholders.
