Client Excellence Consultant
. The position is suitable for part-time work as well (minimum 19 hours per week).

You can look forward to

• Contributing to the operational core processes of our global Key Account Management team (Client Excellence)
• Supporting the review and implementation of client strategies as well as the preparation of reporting
• Coordinating and documenting meetings, including at Board level
• Organising roundtables, presentations, and training sessions
• Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of our key client relationships
• Actively contributing ideas to the further development of activities within the context of Key Account Management

You come equipped with

• A degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Strong numerical aptitude
• Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce, AI tools, and project management methodologies is an advantage
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Business-fluent English and conversational German skills
• Strong service- and team-oriented mindset, as well as an interest in intercultural collaboration
