Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an EASA B1.3 Licensed Engineer located in Emden. The EASA B1.3 Licensed Engineer will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of aircraft to ensure compliance with aviation safety standards. This role requires keeping detailed maintenance records, adhering to regulatory requirements, and ensuring operational readiness. Coordination with other team members and reporting to maintenance management are integral parts of the role, alongside ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • A valid EASA B1.3 License with relevant aircraft type ratings
  • Experience in hands-on troubleshooting and rectification of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as performing comprehensive maintenance and inspections
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and aviation standards, including safety and quality assurance protocols
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills to maintain accurate maintenance records
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional maintenance and operations teams
  • Previous experience in the helicopter or aviation industry is preferred
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Emden and adapt to the needs of the operation
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency
