Junior Corporate Security Manager

As Junior Corporate Security Manager, you will be a key part of our Corporate Security team to ensure the protection, compliance, and resilience of our company operations. Together with our World-Class-Team, currently 400 team members, you will take an empowering role: pushing the boundaries of security excellence within a high-tech aerospace environment.

You will be working closely with stakeholders from Corporate Security, IT, and Facility Management departments to enhance our overall security posture and develop efficient, standardized processes. Strengthening the resilience and security of our corporate infrastructure is vital to Quantum-Systems – your mission will have a powerful impact.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Administer and continuously improve our travel (risk) management processes
• Manage access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance platforms
• Coordinate and supervise external security service providers
• Handle and organize security-relevant documents and reporting workflow
• Support the implementation of corporate security processes and guidelines
• Support the Head of Security by taking responsibility for daily operational business

What you bring to the team:

• You have completed a degree in the field of Security Management, Risk Management, or a related discipline (e.g. Meister für Schutz und Sicherheit or Bachelor in Security Engineering or Security Management, Risk Management or Business Continuity Management)
• You already have at least 1–2 years of practical experience in corporate security or risk management
• You are privately interested in security technologies, emergency management, or organizational resilience
• Due to your open, communicative, friendly, and competent attitude, it is easy for you to be considered an internal expert
• Integrity, reliability and discretion are part of your personality
• A background from federal security organization is a plus (police, armed forces, and other security agencies)
• You are highly self-motivated and drive your area of responsibility independently
• Communication in English is a matter of course for you
