As a Senior Fire Protection Expert/ fire safety engineer you will play a role in building the most exciting factory in the world: Tesla's Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg. You will be part of a team, that manages projects which will range from ground up construction to tenant improvements on facilities that support production lines. You will work cross-functionally with facilities engineering, commissioning and manufacturing planning teams to ensure project success.

What You'll Do- Develop fire safety strategies in collaboration with engineering and building groups, while verifying compliance with project-specific regulations.
- Produce safety diagrams using Revit, in sync with specialists and designers.
- Assist specialists, collaborators, designers, and operations staff on all safety matters.
- Aid planners, managers, builders, and vendors with hazard mitigation installations, by examining plans and implementation specifics, helping compile transfer records, and performing inspections.
- Guide oversight, management, guidance, and updates for fieldwork involving building safeguards and hazard controls, from initial ideas through finalization, to guarantee standards and punctual results.
- Liaise across groups to confirm precise specifications and schedules, bridging gaps among technical, startup, fabrication, assembly, and infrastructure units.
What You'll Bring- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or advanced studies in hazard prevention.
- Certified specialist or advisor in preventive fire safety (Fachplaner oder Sachverständiger für vorbeugenden Brandschutz).
- Strong abilities in coordination, issue resolution, strategic planning, and scheduling.
- Familiarity with building blueprints and design plans.
- Proficiency in construction norms, guidelines, and legal frameworks.
- Capacity to operate in a dynamic, collaborative environment facing intense deadlines and bold objectives.
- Track record of swift alignment with operational demands, resilient outlook, adaptability, rapid skill acquisition, and performance in unclear scenarios.
- Competence using design applications like CAD, Office tools, and BIM platforms such as Revit.
