Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams für Gebäude
- und Infrastruktur
- Compliance und unterstützen Sie uns als Praktikant/ in bei der Sicherstellung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, der technischen Dokumentation sowie der Aktualisierung von Bestandsunterlagen im Bereich Brandschutzsysteme, insbesondere bei Brandschutztüren;
- Toren und angrenzender Infrastruktur. Im Rahmen Ihres Praktikums erhalten Sie fundierte Einblicke in Compliance
- Prozesse, arbeiten mit CAD/ BIM-Tools und sind in bereichsübergreifende Projekte eingebunden. Diese Position bietet Ihnen wertvolle praktische Erfahrungen und bereitet Sie gezielt auf eine zukünftige Tätigkeit in der technischen Infrastruktur oder Ingenieurswesen vor

**What You'll Do**
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Compliance
- Dokumentationen im Bereich Brandschutz sowie angrenzender Infrastruktursysteme
- Organisation und Archivierung technischer Unterlagen (z.B. Zertifikate, Prüfberichte, Nachweise über Installationen)
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Pflege digitaler Dokumentationssysteme sowie Erstellung strukturierter Repositorien für Compliance
- relevanter Dokumente
- Prüfung von Spezifikationen und Zertifikaten auf Konformität mit deutschen und europäischen Brandschutzstandards (z.B. DIN EN 16034, DIN 4102)
- Aktualisierung von Bestandsplänen mittels CAD-/BIM-Tools (z.B. AutoCAD, Revit), inklusive Einbindung von brandschutztechnischen Details
- Überprüfung der Dokumentengenauigkeit durch physische Inspektionen und Abgleich mit vorhandener Dokumentation
- Zusammenarbeit mit Architekten/innen Ingenieur/innen und Compliance-Teams zur Klärung technischer Abweichungen
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung interner sowie externer Audits im Bereich Compliance

**What You'll Bring**
- Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurswesen, Sicherheitstechnik oder vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtungen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, insbesondere im technischen Kontext
- Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD- Software (z.B. AutoCAD, Revit). Erfahrung mit Dokumentenmanagementsystemen (z.B. SharePoint, Aconex) ist wünschenswert
- Grundverständnis technischer Normen (z.B. DIN EN 16034) ist von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team effizient zu arbeiten

Von Vorteil (aber nicht zwingend erforderlich)
- Praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Infrastruktur, Brandschutz oder Compliance
- Kenntnisse deutscher Bauvorschriften (z.B. Musterbauordnung)
- Vertrautheit mit Inspektionsprozessen im Zusammenhang mit dem baulichen Brandschutz
