- 50+ years of experience in developing companies, team has previously worked for EQT, General Atlantic, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Private Equity, BCG, Bank of America, etc.

What you should bring
- Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, team abilities, and motivation
- Outstanding analytical abilities and an understanding of financial statements
- Above average communication skills in English - German not prerequisite but a clear plus
- Relevant work / internship experience (i.e., strategy consulting, M&A, investing)
- Strong academic track record, at least 2 years of undergraduate studies completed from a reputable institution
- Time for a part-time role for at least 3 months or intern role for at least 2 months, at an above average comp
What the role entails
An opportunity to gain real Private Equity experience
- Primarily, independently developing, detailing, and presenting new investment ideas, while working closely with the investment team
- Conducting market research, expert interviews, database research, etc.
- Preparing valuation and financial models
- Supporting the investment team during live transactions and in portfolio management
- Participating in the due diligence process, creation of investment committee memoranda, etc.
- Creating reporting updates and interacting with our portfolio companies
