Deine Aufgaben
  • Du erstellst Business- & Budgetpläne, und managst die Werbebudgets unserer Kunden
  • Die Erstellung von kundenspezifischen Reportings, Analysen, Präsentationen, sowie die reibungslose Kommunikation liegen in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
  • Basierend auf psychologischen Modellen, Recherchen & Marktstudien bist du für die Konzeption, Umsetzung, Steuerung und Optimierung Kampagnen unserer Kunden zuständig
  • Neben der Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden, führst du diese auch mit unseren Ansprechpartnern bei Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest & co.
  • Du kennst immer die aktuellen Trends, arbeitest dich in neue Themengebiete ein und kommunizierst dein Wissen mit dem Team
Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
  • Du bringst 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Performance Marketing Kanälen mit; idealerweise in einem Digital-Unternehmen oder einer Agentur
  • Du besitzt starke analytische Fähigkeiten und hast ein zahlen-und datengetriebenes Mindset
  • Du verfügst über starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit fließenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen
  • Du hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und high-Impact Themen proaktiv voranzutreiben
