The Opportunity

Finance & Risk in Insurance
practice, you'll help leading insurers and reinsurers redefine resilience, manage risk more intelligently, and transform for the future. In a dynamic regulatory and market landscape, this team blends deep actuarial expertise with strategic foresight — delivering results that are both technically sound and commercially transformative.

As a
Senior Consultant or Associate Partner
, you'll shape major finance and risk transformations, drive high-impact projects, and guide clients through the most complex strategic decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead major transformation programs across
    Finance, Actuarial, and Risk
    functions.
  • Design and implement advanced models and frameworks — including capital modeling, solvency optimization, and stress testing — that inform C-suite and board-level decisions.
  • Advise clients on navigating
    IFRS17
    ,
    Solvency II
    , and emerging regulatory challenges.
  • Translate actuarial precision into strategic business value — aligning technical insights with CFO priorities, performance, and growth strategy.
  • Mentor diverse teams of consultants, analysts, and data scientists, fostering excellence and collaboration.
  • Work across disciplines — integrating digital, AI, climate, and strategy capabilities for holistic client solutions.

What You'll Bring

  • 6–10+ years' experience
    in Insurance Actuarial, Finance, Risk, or Regulatory roles.
  • Expertise in
    capital modeling, solvency frameworks, valuation,
    or related actuarial techniques.
  • Proven
    leadership experience
    , guiding cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Prior
    consulting experience
    preferred, with an ability to translate technical insight into strategic impact.
  • Exceptional
    communication and influencing skills
    , comfortable engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German (C1)
    and
    English
    is essential.
