We are looking for a curious, proactive Junior Marketing Manager m f d who thrives in fast paced environments, enjoys switching between industries and business models, and is excited about using AI and automation to improve marketing processes at scale, both inside A11 and for our clients.

In this role, you will support transformative marketing projects that challenge industry norms and contribute to meaningful impact across a wide variety of established and early stage businesses.

Our Growth Marketing Team is a diverse group of ambitious, curious, data driven experts helping businesses grow across B2B and B2C. We cover everything from paid media, CRM and MarTech to demand generation, lifecycle marketing and Marketing Ops.

You will work across full funnel marketing strategy, execution, tracking and reporting as a marketing generalist in training with a strong interest in AI powered workflows and automation tools.

• Support growth projects, working hands on across different marketing stacks, industries and company stages
• Assist in auditing client setups for example performance channels, CRM processes, pricing, tech stacks and marketing organizations to identify quick wins and long term opportunities
• Help develop and implement strategies tailored to each client's growth phase, goals and internal capabilities
• Contribute as a sparring partner and provide grounded support on channels, trends and best practices
• Support execution on site with clients or remotely when needed and help build strong relationships with stakeholders

Your typical projects might include:

• Supporting the launch of new channels, testing messaging or contributing to go to market strategies for new products or markets
• Experimenting with creatives, landing pages and bidding tactics to help improve performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA or retention
• Working with tech and data teams to support clean tracking setups and useful dashboards
• Creating AI powered automations for example content generation, lead routing or data structuringAI powered automations for example content gene
• Improving internal A11 marketing workflows and documentation

• First experience in Marketing ideally in an agency or consulting environment or in a startup
• Interest in running and optimizing performance channels across various platforms
• Strong motivation to work with AI tools and marketing automation and curiosity to explore what is nextAI tools and marketing
• Basic understanding of tracking and attribution or strong willingness to learn
• Data literate and confident interpreting numbers, spotting trends and turning insights into action
• Adaptable and proactive with a growth mindset, open to feedback and eager to learn thriving in diverse companies, industries and marketing maturity levels
• Enjoy challenging old playbooks and motivated to raise the bar
• Experience with AI Tools like Nanobanana, midjourney, make, n8n and Loveable  
• Excellent communication skills with business fluency in both German and English written and spoken. Other languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Danish or Swedish are a plus

Please note that this position is based in Berlin and will include business travel in the DACH region.
