Job Summary
Supermicro is looking for a highly-experienced, successful and proven Enterprise Sales Manager in Germany to sell Supermicro's broad portfolio of data center products and solutions to public, government & enterprise customers. The candidate should possess the expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals. The ideal candidate must have a strong, credible and professionals working relationship with C-Level executives at current and past clients, plus the ability to create similar synergies at new accounts.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

  • Approach and set up Enterprise accounts to open and drive new opportunities with sales and FAE
  • Maintain current customer relationships and identifying potential clients
  • Continuously develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
  • Research trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to ensure requirements are met

Qualifications

  • Min 5 Years of experience in Business Development or End customer/ Enterprise Customer in Central Europe
  • Strong team player
  • Prior experience selling technology into manufactures, corporate or governmental accounts
  • Demonstrated ability in the following areas: pre-call planning, opportunity qualification and objection handling, call structure and control, time and territory management
  • Strong persuasive and negotiating skills
  • Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Language skills: English and German mandatory
