• You develop and implement compelling internal communication strategies that support transformation and business objectives.
• You partner closely with Leadership, HR, and other key functions to align messaging and communication priorities on all communication initiatives, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across all functions.
• You handle ad-hoc communication with professionalism and composure; ensure accurate and timely information dissemination. Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and execute change communication initiatives.
• You create high-quality, authentic and engaging content, ensuring messages are accessible, inspiring, and aligned with our tone of voice across multiple internal channels (digital, live, written, visual).
• You monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• You manage cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration.

• You have several years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications, ideally in an international environment.
• You combine a strategic mindset with excellent storytelling and writing skills in English (German a plus).
• You have the proven ability to translate complex topics into clear, inspiring messages.
• You have experience in advising senior leaders and managing stakeholders at all levels.
• You feel comfortable leading both strategy and execution, from concept to delivery.
• You are an empathic communicator with a collaborative mindset and a passion for shaping culture.
