I have partnered with a Pan-European real estate platform to find an
Associate in Berlin
to support its expansion strategy across Germany.

They are perhaps the most compelling story in European Real Estate currently and over the last couple of years. Your skillset within
Deal Origination
will help them achieve their targets in the German Real Estate Investment market.

This is a high-exposure role offering a broad range of responsibilities and the opportunity to build relationships across the real estate investment landscape. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, a structured and detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. A background in real estate investment, transaction advisory, or financial analysis is essential, along with fluency in English and advanced Excel skills.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field (strong bachelor's degree holders will also be considered).
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, financial analysis, or transaction advisory. Exposure to operational real estate (e.g., residential, PBSA, co-living) is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, particularly in building and auditing financial models.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional communication skills in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
  • Experience with operational real estate assets is a must.
