**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du nimmst eine zentrale Rolle bei der Gewinnung attraktiver Neumandate ein, berätst potenzielle Klienten vom Erstkontakt bis hin zur Mandatierung und führst eigenverantwortlich ein Team aus Analysten und Associates
- Du unterstützt dabei unsere Origination function bei der Identifizierung attraktiver Neumandate und begeisterst potenzielle Klienten für eine Zusammenarbeit
- Du erstellst gemeinsam mit Deinem Team Markt
- und Unternehmensanalysen sowie Unternehmensbewertungen, übernimmst die Erstellung von Pitch-Präsentationen und sorgst für einen jederzeit engen und vertrauten Kontakt mit den potenziellen Klienten
- Du gibst Dich nicht mit dem Status quo zufrieden, sondern gestaltest aktiv Prozesse, um eine möglichst qualitative und effiziente Mandatsakquise zu gewährleisten
- Du steuerst die interne und externe Ressourcenallokation, unterstützt operativ bei allen relevanten Fragestellungen und bist für das Monitoring des Akquisefortschritts verantwortlich
- Du bist gemeinsam mit dem Management am Aufbau der Zumera beteiligt und gestaltest aktiv die Entwicklung des gesamten Bereiches mit

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast ein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ein vergleichbares Studium mit Corporate Finance-Fokus mit herausragendem Erfolg abgeschlossen
- Du hast bereits 6-9 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der M&A-Beratung bzw. im Corporate Finance-Umfeld gesammelt
- Du verfügst über eine hervorragende Menschenkenntnis und kannst auch in komplexen Situationen Gespräche und Verhandlungen effektiv begleiten und Deine Gesprächspartner begeistern
- Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie gelebten Teamgeist
- Du bist bestens organisiert und zu 100% verlässlich
- Du besitzt beste Kenntnisse in Excel und Powerpoint
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
