Das Team Advanced Analytics & Data Insights innerhalb der Global IT ist der zentrale Data & Analytics-Partner für das weltweite Ottobock-Geschäft. Wir lieben Daten und verstehen uns als Enabler: Wir stellen das gesamte Portfolio von Infrastruktur, Data Engineering und Analytics zur Verfügung, um das Business noch erfolgreicher zu machen.

Aufgaben

Wir glauben fest an die Kraft von Daten – von Business Intelligence bis hin zu besseren und intelligenteren MedTech-Produkten für unsere Patient*innen. Für Ottobock ist die Entwicklung zu einem datengetriebenen Unternehmen eines der wichtigsten strategischen Unternehmensziele. Als Data Engineer und Teil dieser Reise:

  • arbeitest Du in funktionsübergreifenden Data-Product-Teams eng mit Business Data Ownern, Analyst*innen und Data Scientists zusammen, um datenbasierte Lösungen zu implementieren

  • unterstützt Du bei der Umsetzung unserer Azure-basierten Dateninfrastruktur in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Data-/Platform-Architekt*innen

  • entwickelst Du moderne Data Pipelines mit gängigen Tools wie Azure Data Factory und Databricks

  • bindest Du neue (interne und externe) Datenquellen an unseren Azure Data Lake an

  • überwachst Du bestehende Datenpipelines und optimierst deren Performance

  • bringst Du eigene Ideen ein und findest Dich souverän in einem dynamischen Teamumfeld zurecht

Profil

  • Masterabschluss in Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren quantitativen Fachgebiet

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit dem Azure Data Engineering Tech Stack oder vergleichbaren Technologien in AWS oder GCP

  • Erfahrung mit Python sowie data science-/machine learning-bezogenen Bibliotheken

  • Praxiserfahrung mit Databricks ist von Vorteil

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in allgemeiner Softwareentwicklung, inklusive DevOps und Git-Workflows

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit relationalen und NoSQL-Datenbanken

  • Erfahrung mit SAP BW ist ein Plus

  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

  • Selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Bereitschaft, sich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln, runden Dein Profil ab
