Job Title:
Brand Partnerships Manager – Germany
About the Role:
- Drive growth of retail media partnerships in Germany.
- Manage strategic advertising partnerships with FMCG brands and advertisers.
- Lead media campaigns, commercial negotiations, and partnership strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to maximize partner performance and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop strategic partnerships to increase retail media investments.
- Independently manage and expand the media network in Germany.
- Develop data-driven media strategies and annual plans to meet partner goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive upselling across the media portfolio.
- Act as a Retail Media ambassador, sharing audience insights and marketing solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and manage complex commercial terms.
- Design and implement creative, brand-compliant campaign concepts.
- Collaborate with campaign and analytics teams for smooth implementation and optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance, scale successful initiatives, and identify optimization potential.
Qualifications / Skills Required:
- 5–8 years of experience in partnership management, digital media, or marketing strategy.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred, especially in digital marketing, strategy, or commercial management).
- Proven expertise in partnership management at a global or enterprise level.
- Strong understanding of retail media products, campaigns, and partnership agreements.
- Results-oriented mindset with focus on measurable business outcomes.
- Strategic thinker with ability to implement complex partnership strategies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical skills to evaluate KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
- Sound financial understanding to assess partnership profitability and ROI.
