You support our team as

Lead Business Data Steward (f/m/d)
Responsibilities

  • You work together with the Data Governance Lead to define global data standards and ensure their implementation
  • You continuously monitor data quality in the systems and regularly coordinate on the desired standards
  • You clarify necessary changes with the relevant stakeholders and implement them in close collaboration with MDM as well as the Business Data Stewards / Technical Data Stewards
  • You guide the Business Data Stewards in data analysis and correction to ensure sustainable improvement in data quality
  • You serve as the central point of contact for all global entities regarding information quality standards

Qualifications

  • You have a relevant degree or possess equivalent practical experience
  • You have very good knowledge of process management as well as project management
  • You have detailed knowledge of the SAP system structure (processes and data model) and bring application-related experience with SAP CX (CRM know-how is an advantage)
  • You have solid knowledge in data management, including data modeling (e.g., UML) and the systems used for this purpose
  • You have knowledge of SQL as well as experience with SAP Query (desirable)
  • You have business fluent German and English skills
