Für ein führendes Unternehmen im Bereich der Energietechnik wird ein Produktmanager (m/w/d) gesucht, der das ganzheitliche Management des Niederspannungs- und ausgewählten Mittelspannungs-Portfolios verantwortet.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung des Produktmanagements für den Bereich Niederspannung und dedizierte Anwendungen in der Mittelspannung
  • Analyse von Marktanforderungen und -trends, spezifischen Kundenbedürfnissen sowie möglichen neuen Märkten bzw. Marktsegmenten
  • Identifikation und Betreuung von Partnerschaften (Ingenieurbüros, Partnerunternehmen etc.) zur Erschließung neuer Märkte bzw. Steigerung der Marktanteile
  • Definition und Klärung von Produktanforderungen, Erstellung von Lastenheften (Product Requirements Specifications) und produktspezifischen Geschäftsplänen (Product Business Cases)
  • Recherche auf dem Markt befindlicher Produkte bzw. Lösungen und Entwicklung von Strategien zur Produktdifferenzierung
  • Entwicklung und Planung neuer Produkte und Dienstleistungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Business Lines, Fachabteilungen und/oder externen Partnern
  • Gestaltung marktspezifischer Vertriebsstrategien und produktspezifischer Marketingpläne
  • Entwicklung und Prüfung neuer Ideen und Entwicklung geeigneter Markteinführungsstrategien
  • Strategische Betreuung der Schlüsselkunden (Key Accounts) für das Produktsegment
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik)
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Produktmanagement vergleichbarer Branchen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung komplexer Produktlebenszyklen
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Produktmarketing-Strategien
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich elektrische Netze bzw. Schaltanlagen
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Präsentationskompetenz und gute rhetorische Fähigkeiten
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
