Job Description

  • Analyse und Optimierung von Order-to-Cash-Prozessen
  • Definition und Umsetzung von Prozessstandards für Auftragserfassung, Validierung, Pricing, Lieferfreigaben und Fakturierung
  • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung von Integrations- und Automatisierungslösungen (API, Middleware, RPA)
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs zwischen den Abteilungen
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Prozessverbesserungen
  • Überwachung und Reporting von Projektfortschritten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Identifikation und Behebung von Prozesshindernissen
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei der Umsetzung von Änderungen
  • Dokumentation der optimierten Prozesse und deren Ergebnisse

The Successful Applicant

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Order-to-Cash / Order Entry Management, idealerweise in FMCG-, LEH- oder eCommerce-Umgebungen
  • Tiefes Verständnis für SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash
  • Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools wie Jira oder Confluence
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Automatisierungen und Prozessoptimierungen in der Auftragsverarbeitung (LEH)
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
