Aufgaben

Deine Mission

  • Vorbereitung und Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Belegmanagement & Rechnungsprüfung
  • Abstimmungen mit unserer internen Buchhaltung und externen Partner:innen
  • Unterstützung bei Monatsabschlüssen, Reports & Cashflow-Übersichten
  • Pflege von Debitoren- und Kreditorenlisten
  • organisatorische Aufgaben, die unseren Finance-Alltag reibungslos halten
Qualifikation

Was du mitbringen solltest

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r, Kauffrau/-mann für Büromanagement oder etwas Vergleichbares
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel – Erfahrungen mit DATEV, Lexoffice oder ähnlichen Tools sind ein Plus
  • Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Spaß daran, Prozesse zu verstehen, zu verbessern und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
