Your Role:

As a German speaking Management Accountant, you'll play a critical role in our finance team, taking on a mix of leadership, financial control, and strategic responsibilities in a fast-paced international environment. This is a hands-on position offering broad exposure and real influence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational finance and accounting processes, including booking of invoices, credit card and travel expenses
  • Manage intercompany reconciliations and communication with international subsidiaries
  • Oversee general ledger and sub-ledger accounting (including in DATEV)
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (HGB)
  • Handle VAT reporting and support audits
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis
  • Mentor junior team members and assist with team development
  • Support HR with personnel administration tasks
  • Collaborate across departments and with management on financial strategy and planning

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in financial accounting and/or controlling
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in MS Office, DATEV experience a plus
  • Independent, structured, and proactive work style
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
