Your mission
Support program management and business development through analysis and development of new business models.Expand and maintain the HoFT database to facilitate matchmaking between startups, scale-ups, corporates, and investors.Coordinate meetings and events to strengthen networking within the FinTech ecosystem.Manage external service providers in the areas of marketing and communication.Prepare whitepapers, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Utilize and implement AI tools to enhance efficiency.Assist with schedule coordination and administrative processes.Contribute to strategic initiatives to further develop the FinTech ecosystem.
Your profile
Currently enroled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.Relevant work experience – ideally in business development, consulting, or a startup environment.Experience in the banking or FinTech sector is a plus.Strong affinity for innovation topics related to financial services.A structured, analytical, and strategic mindset with a high degree of self-responsibility.Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken).Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and presentation tools.Initial experience with digital and AI-based tools is an advantage.
