What you'll build 

 Your main responsibilities will include:

Preparing internal and external communications, presentations, and materials Assisting in strategic rollout planning and supporting transformation initiatives Supporting event planning and execution Coordinating and organizing internal meetings, events, and communication cadences Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to evaluate target group engagement Assisting with enablement programs  Managing resource-related inquiries and providing coordination support

Together with the executive leadership, our team defines and sharpens the strategic direction for the business. We do this by driving impactful communications and transformation programs across the organization to bring strategy to execution.  We offer a unique working environment. What you bring 

Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially strong Power Point Skills High quality orientation and strong analytical skills Strong communication skills, proactive & motivated Team Player Very good knowledge of English and German (spoken & written) High self-motivation and constant willingness to learn Ability to work in virtual and distributed teams

 
Where you belong 

Our core team assists the Head of Customer Services & Delivery, MEE (Middle and Eastern Europe) in managing the communication, customer activities, and transformational programs within the organization. These include the Program Management and execution of strategic initiatives, as well as the optimization and delivery of Executive and regional communications for MEE. 

The AI & Incubation team inside of SAP's global partner organization (Partner Ecosystem Success) is tasked to grow SAP's Business AI customer adoption via SAP's partner ecosystem
We are working with global and regional partner teams to scale SAP Business AI – serving the full range of partner motions from sell, to service to innovation partners
As SAP Business AI is embedded in all SAP solutions we are engaging with a very broad range of stakeholders

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
