About us

We're building LotusChess – a modern chess app that blends smart, playful learning with deep understanding. Instead of memorizing lines, LotusChess helps players of all levels truly grasp openings and approach the board with confidence through personalized preparation. Built for ambitious club players and used by grandmasters – we aim to redefine how chess is trained.

What you'll do

Operations

  • Work with financial and operational sheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
  • Support simple reporting and analysis tasks
  • Assist with small projects across product, community, or marketing
  • Handle general organizational tasks that keep everything running smoothly

Support

  • Answer customer emails (English very important, German also helpful)
  • Sort and forward user feedback
  • Help build a friendly and active community
  • Improve our support processes and templates

What you bring

  • Strong English skills;
  • Basic understanding of spreadsheets and willingness to learn more
  • Open, friendly, and clear communication
  • Reliable, structured working style
  • Interest in chess — you don't need to be a pro, just enjoy the topic
