Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung des laufenden Produktionsbetriebes
  • Planung und Koordination der korrektiven und präventiven Wartung unserer Anlagen und die Erhaltung einer hohen Betriebssicherheit
  • Koordinieren, Planen von Reparatur- Optimierungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an Anlagen und Betriebsmitteln
  • Dokumentation und Wissenssicherung der durchgeführten Wartungen, Instandsetzungen, Optimierungen und Reparaturen
  • Koordination, Planung und Überwachung von Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten durch Fremdfirmen
  • Planen von Produktionsmittel (Fertigungsmittelbau)
  • Erstellung von Einsatz-, Schicht- und Urlaubsplänen
  • Mitarbeiterführung
  • Kommunikation mit anderen Abteilungen
  • Führen von Maßnahmenplänen inklusive Terminverfolgung
  • Sicherstellung der UVV- Standards
  • Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei Audits
  • Einhaltung der einschlägigen gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Vorschriften

DAS BRINGen Sie MIT

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung Techniker/Industriemeister Fachrichtung Maschinebau/Elektrotechnik/Fahrzeugtechnik
  • Berufserfahrung als Schichtleiter wünschenswert, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie
  • SAP-Kenntnisse oder vergleichbare ERP Kenntnisse
  • Office Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung, Produktionstechnik und Qualitätssicherung
  • Verständnis für Kosten und Effizienz
  • Kommunikationsstark, hohe Belastbarkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Zielorientiertes und eigenverantwortliches Handeln
