DAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN
- Sicherstellung der Fertigung und Lieferung von Systemen und Baugruppen gemäß den terminlichen und qualitativen Vereinbarungen mit dem Kunden
- Führen und Organisation eines Fertigungsteams mit ca. 30 internen und externen Mitarbeitern
- Personalplanung und Qualifizierung der Mitarbeiter
- Unterstützung in der Planung von Fertigungsanlagen und –Prozessen
- Planung und Durchführung von Notfall-Konzepten, um die Fertigung auch bei Personalschwankungen oder Störungen aufrecht zu erhalten
- Einhaltung der gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Vorschriften
- Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des JIS/JIT Produktionsprozesses
- Überprüfung aller laufenden Prozesse auf Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Selbstständiger Aufbau und Optimierung des Verantwortungsbereiches
DAS BRINGen Sie MIT
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zu dem Techniker/in oder Meister/in
- Mindestens 3-jährige Erfahrung im Bereich Fertigungsleitung, Auftragssteuerung sowie Prozessoptimierung und Leanmanagement
- Kenntnisse in der JIS/JIT Produktion
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- Umsetzungsstärke und Praxisorientierung
- Hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrungen im Automobilbereich von Vorteil
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Englischkenntnisse bzw. weitere osteuropäische Sprachkenntnisse wünschenswert
- sind Voraussetzung
