What you can expect

• As a Project Manager, you are responsible for
  leading complex, strategically important projects across the entire DKV Group.
• In your role, you will lead cross-functional
  project teams and also coach project managers within the departments.
• You ensure the successful execution of projects
  in accordance with project management standards and the DKV project
  methodology.
• Gathering and evaluating lessons learned from
  completed projects is also part of your responsibilities.

What makes you stand out

• You hold a degree in business or a related
  field and have completed relevant additional training and certifications.
• You have several years of experience as a
  project manager leading complex projects within an international company.
• You are familiar with working independently and
  taking full ownership of time, scope, and budget. You also bring experience in
  change management, including stakeholder management. Experience in managing
  software development teams and agile project management is a plus.
• You have the ability to systematically capture
  business requirements and break them down into simple, logical, and manageable
  activities.
• Additionally, you understand value and cost drivers within a
  company and can identify new opportunities to increase profitability,
  productivity, and efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive
  "can-do" attitude are among your key strengths.
• You possess excellent interpersonal and
  communication skills across all levels of hierarchy and with both internal and
  external stakeholders. You actively maintain business relationships and
  build strong networks.
• Your excellent written and spoken German and
  English skills complete your profile.
