Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Managements bei Investor Relations, Fondsvertrieb und Portfoliomanagement
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu institutionellen Investoren, Family Offices und Bankpartnern
  • Erstellung von Investor‑Reports, Präsentationen und regulären Berichten für bestehende sowie potenzielle Investoren
  • Mitwirkung bei Strukturierungsaufgaben (z. B. Fonds‑ und Mandatsstrukturen) und bei der Vorbereitung von separaten Mandaten für Dritte
  • Unterstützung bei der Initiierung und Koordination strategischer Partnerschaften mit Banken und Vertriebspartnern, insbesondere für internationale Wachstumsinitiativen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Trading/Portfolio‑Teams; Unterstützung von Sales‑Workstreams und operativen Prozessen

Voraussetzungen

  • Relevante Erfahrung im Bereich Investor Relations, Vertrieb/Business Development im Asset Management, Vermögensberatung oder einer Privatbank
  • Verständnis für systematische Investmentansätze und Marktmechaniken (z. B. Futures/Derivate) bzw. hohe Lernbereitschaft hierfür
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeiten in Reporting, Präsentationserstellung und im Umgang mit Investoren‑Dokumentation
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, sicheres Auftreten und Service‑Orientierung gegenüber institutionellen Kunden
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und belastbare Arbeitsweise; Teamplayer‑Mentalität
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse; internationale Erfahrung von Vorteil
