Corporate Relationship Manager (m/f/d)

Aufgaben
Responsibilities And Tasks

  • Assist in developing and managing a portfolio of corporate clients and strategic accounts.
  • Maintain direct communication with clients, foster productive relationships with their key decision-makers.
  • Conduct KYC reviews and due diligence documentation for new and existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support cross-selling of banking products/services.
  • Participate in client negotiations (pricing, terms) while ensuring compliance with bank policies.
  • Help resolve client issues and complaints to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Financial Markets, Compliance, Operations) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions and requests

Profil
Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in corporate banking or relevant areas (fresh graduates considered)
  • Understanding of Client Due Diligence and KYC procedures
  • Basic financial analysis and risk assessment skills
  • Fluency in English and German, Chinese is a plus
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills for handling documentation
  • Proactive attitude and customer-focused approach
