  • Angebotserstellung, Nachverfolgung & Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Auftragsabwicklung intern
  • Vertragsprüfung & Mahnwesen
  • Führen von Kundenkorrespondenz & Preislisten
  • Bearbeitung Umsatzliste & Mitarbeit bei der Umsatzplanung
  • Erledigung des internen & externen Schriftverkehrs
  • Besuchsvorbereitungen (Listen, Übersichten, Diagramme)
  • Pflege & Fortschreibungen von internen Statistiken
  • Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen
  • Ansprechpartner für FIBU, Logistik & Zoll für interne Kundenangelegenheiten
  • Kundenbesuche / Fachmessen bei Bedarf

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von technischen Produkten
  • Problemlösefähigkeit
