Aufgaben
  • Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich Publishing – mit Fokus auf A&R, Creative, Administration und Business Development
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau des Verlagskatalogs
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung langfristiger Strategien für unsere
  • Autor:innen und Producer:innen
  • Entdeckung, Förderung und Signing neuer Talente
  • Ausbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Beziehungen zu Partner:innen
  • Beobachtung und Analyse aktueller Markttrends, um kreative und kommerzielle Chancen zu erkennen
Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Musikverlagswesen oder im Management eines Musikunternehmens
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge im Aufbau und in der Betreuung von Autor:innen / Producer:innen
  • Erfahrung in Teamführung und Projektmanagement
  • Talent Scouting / A&R-Expertise
  • Tiefes Verständnis für kreative, rechtliche und wirtschaftliche Aspekte des Publishings sowie der Musikindustrie generell
  • Ein solides Branchennetzwerk, das du aktiv pflegst
  • Strategisches Denken, Organisationstalent und Leadership-Qualitäten sowie Begeisterung für Musik und Kreativität
