We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to join our team in Düsseldorf or Konstanz.

What you bring:

  • Completed vocational training and/or at least two years of professional experience in accounting
  • Flexibility to take on tasks as required
  • A team-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Willingness to familiarise yourself with the exciting field of yachting
  • The ability to set the right priorities, even under time pressure

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing and processing payments
  • Reconciliation of all bank accounts
  • Yacht and project accounting
  • Maintaining the database of supplier/service provider bank details
  • Issuing invoices to Ocean Independence clients for yacht management services, as well as managing and filing invoices
  • General administrative support related to yacht and vessel management
  • Ensuring all financial and contractual information is handled with strict confidentialit
  • General office management
