DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Du verantwortest das Sales Controlling inklusive Forecasting, leitest datenbasierte Maßnahmen ab und bringst diese aktiv ins Growth Team ein
  • Du übernimmst die Rolle des Prozess- und System-Owners für unser CRM-System und entwickelst es kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du erstellst präzise Reportings aus verschiedenen Systemen (CRM, SAP) und sorgst für eine konsistente Datenbasis
  • Du entwickelst und programmierst aussagekräftige Power BI Dashboards zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen
  • Du erkennst Abweichungen und Differenzen in Daten, analysierst Ursachen und leitest proaktiv Maßnahmen ab
  • Du hinterfragst bestehende Prozesse und forderst das Growth Team mit datengetriebenen Impulsen heraus
DEIN PROFIL
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen (Controlling)
  • Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Sales Controlling und CRM-Management mit
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, mit hoher Genauigkeit und einem ausgeprägten analytischen Verständnis
  • Du schaffst mit deiner kommunikativen Art komplexe Sachverhalte empfängerecht zu vermitteln
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel, SAP, Power BI und gängigen CRM-Systemen
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Englisch und bewegst dich souverän in internationalen Kontexten
  • Du hast Freude daran, Daten zu analysieren und daraus strategische Empfehlungen abzuleiten
