Das erwartet dich

In unserer Kooperation kombinierst du dein Studium an der Hochschule Weihenstephan-Triesdorf mit praktischen Einsätzen und der Masterarbeit bei Roche in Penzberg.

Während der Vorlesungszeit studierst du wie gewohnt – in den Semesterferien arbeitest du aktiv an innovativen Projekten in unseren biotechnologischen Produktions- und Entwicklungsbereichen mit.

Wir bieten dir maßgeschneiderte Praxiseinsätze, die deine fachlichen und persönlichen Kompetenzen gezielt fördern und dir gleichzeitig ermöglichen, unser Unternehmen umfassend kennenzulernen.

Mögliche Einsatzbereiche

  • Fermentation, Zellabtrennung & Renaturierung inaktiver Proteine
  • Aufreinigung von Antikörpern und Proteinen für therapeutische Anwendungen
  • Entwicklung neuer Technologien für den Produktionsmaßstab
  • Optimierung biotechnologischer Prozesse
  • Proteinanalytik & Assayentwicklung

Dein Profil

  • Du bist an der Hochschule Weihenstephan-Triesdorf im Master-Studiengang Biotechnologie immatrikuliert
  • Du möchtest dein theoretisches Wissen in der Praxis anwenden und vertiefen
  • Du hast Freude daran, im Team innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Du bist neugierig, engagiert und international orientiert

Wir bieten dir

  • Einen Studienkooperationsvertrag mit monatlicher Vergütung
  • Die Möglichkeit, deine Masterarbeit im Anschluss bei uns zu schreiben
  • Ein internationales Arbeitsumfeld am Standort Penzberg
  • Die Prüfung auf Übernahme nach Studienabschluss

Rahmenbedingungen

  • Start der Kooperation: Frühjahr 2026
  • Beginn der Praxisphase: ab dem ersten Tag deiner vorlesungsfreien Zeit
  • Dauer und Befristung: bis zum Ende deines Studiums
